The Empyrean #1
Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Red and White Port Wine Casks
-
They were never meant to meet—two opposing forces pulled from separate worlds. But in the right hands, opposites ignite.
The Empyrean is a union of bourbon aged in both red port and white port casks, finished separately and blended in secret to create a whiskey of uncommon depth and intensity.
One brings bright fruit and floral light; the other, deep sweetness and shadows. Together, they smolder.

Dark Star Double Oak #1
Straight Rye Whiskey Double Oaked
-
In our continued effort to bring you exceptional and unique creations, we are excited to announce our latest Limited Time Offering: the Dark Star Double Oak Rye Whiskey.
In December 2015, MGP filled a dozen barrels from an undisclosed cooperage with 95/5 rye whiskey to test their barrels. By 2019, so much whiskey had leaked out, the test was ended. Thankfully, they took the whiskey, vatted it, and rebarreled it into five Zac Cooperage #4 Char barrels.
We were offered the opportunity to secure these unique 8.5-year-old Double Oaked Rye barrels! The total yield will be just 175 cases. These 5 barrels are all that exist, making this release truly one-of-a-kind.
