In the Alchemical Journey, our Spirit Guides lead you through a curated tasting of our core lineup—four distinct pours (½ ounce each) that embody our approach to blending, finishing, and transformation.
Each glass offers a study in contrasts… grains, woods, and finishes converging into a signature style. Along the way, you’ll decode the layers that define Dark Arts and explore how our whiskeys move from raw elements to refined spirit.
This journey is more than a flight, it’s an initiation into the philosophy of whiskey as alchemy.
THIEF FROM THE BARREL
Step deeper into the ritual with the Thief from the Barrel experience.
Here, 15 resting barrels hold their secrets, each carrying a character entirely its own. Guests may select four ½-ounce pours, drawn directly from the cask using the traditional whiskey thief.
Every pour is unfiltered and unreplicated, a fleeting expression of time and wood. Should one of these spirits call to you, you may (for an additional cost) bottle it yourself. Choose between a 375 mL or 750 mL vessel, marking your claim on a whiskey that exists only in that moment, from that barrel.
It is the purest encounter we offer: a chance to taste, choose, and, if you wish, carry a piece of the Dark Arts home with you.
